On 19 November the Council of the European Union adopted the regulation establishing Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking and nine other European Partnerships to accelerate the green and digital transition. The winning teams of the joint Shift2Rail Joint Undertaking and Siemens Mobility hackathon Hack2Rail were announced during the Final Demo Day on 29 October 2021.
