Amendment: Amendment n° 1 to contract n°S2R.2016.OP.03 based on Article 172(3)(c) of the Financial Regulation PUBLISHED 13 SEPTEMBER 2018
Following a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice (point 11.1(c) and (e) of Annex I to the Financial Regulation (Reg. (EU, EURATOM) 2018/1046) a new direct contract for services was concluded on 02/02/2023 with CNC Centro Nuova Comunicazione SRL for an amount of EUR 51,000.00.
